Gender Equality Reporting

To ensure that workers and all interested parties have an easy tool to report behaviors that may represent a violation, even potential, of the Code of Ethics, policy, procedures and company regulations regarding Gender Equality, Welding Duebi has set up a reporting channel on its website to guarantee anonymity of the reporter, in compliance with the operational instruction IO_03.07_Reporting Management.

The Committee for Gender Equality has created the following anonymous reporting channel: by filling out the form below, an anonymous report will be sent to the Committee for Gender Equality. In order to ensure effective investigation, the report must be adequately detailed and documented, in order toprovide all the elements useful to carrying out the necessary checks in relation to the validity of the reported facts.

Complete and detailed description of the fact or behavior, even omissive, of how it became known, indication of the date and place where the fact or behavior occurred, general information, role played or other elements that may allow the identification of the person who carried out the fact or behavior
Document and/or act that may be useful to verify the validity of the facts
